Firestarter Nepal presents a focused online Church Music Ministry Training to help worship teams, choirs, and sound ministries serve the church with greater clarity, unity, and excellence. This training focuses on both the musical and technical aspects of worship, while keeping the heart of worship at the center - serving God and the congregation.
Through practical teaching and real ministry experience, participants will learn how songs, instruments, voices, and sound work together to create a worship atmosphere that is clear and balanced. This training is not about performance, but about working together as one team to support worship and ministry church through music.

This training is suitable for both experienced teams and growing ministries.
Daniel Gadal is a versatile artist and creative leader working across music, worship, and film. As the CEO of Den Studios, he leads professional audio and video teams, delivering high-quality sound and visual productions.
A skilled sound designer and arranger, Daniel has arranged over 1,000 songs and received Best Arranger – Kripa Award 2018 and Best Arranger – Glory Award 2020. He has also worked as an arranger for two songs in the film Pention Patta (Director: Maotse Gurung).
As a worship songwriter and lead singer of Judah Plows, Daniel has composed over 100 songs, including widely loved worship songs such as “Aru Kohi Chaina” and “Raja Yeshu Raja,” which continue to inspire churches and worship communities.
In film, his notable works include “Immanuel” and “The Servant King,” along with the musical film Ruth and Boaz. His short film Innar was a Finalist at the International Film Festival Nepal, and he has completed professional training in Screenplay Writing from the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII).
Sumy Gadal is a professional drummer and music producer with a strong foundation in modern and worship-oriented drumming. He completed the Jazz Drumming Foundation Program at the Kathmandu Jazz Conservatory.
He is actively involved as the drummer of Judah Plows, serves as a music producer at Den Studio and an Instructor at Den Studio Academy (DSA). Sumy has been part of studio sessions for many Christian artists, including Adrian Dewan, contributing to contemporary worship and Christian music productions.
Prakash BK is a guitarist and a music educator with over a decade of experience in teaching and ministry. He actively serves as a guitarist for Judah Plows and is involved in the worship team at his local church.
He has been teaching guitar since 2011 and is currently a guitar instructor at The Music Hub, Abu Dhabi. Prakash holds grade 8 (TCL) in Guitar and has been part of live and studio sessions. He has been helping students build strong musical foundations, consistent technique and musical discipline.
This training is designed to:

Prepare churches spiritually and musically for worship and music ministry
